Richard Bronson2025-05-03Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Picked up a to go order and they forgot my white rice. The spring rolls tasted like frozen egg rolls. The ones we had many times before were hand made and their taste was awesome. Not these, definitely different. I called and spoke to the mgr. and told him about my lack of white rice. He never said I’m sorry or come back and I’ll give it to you. He said nothing! The quality has certainly gone down since the previous owner left and does not own it anymore. Never again! I wouldn’t recommend it at all. It’s like you’re being sucked energetically and spiritually if you catch my drift. You’re better off going to McDonalds at least there you know your getting your worth 😂 if you’re asleep you wouldn’t know but if you’re awake you’d notice and feel it. The Thai ice tea surprised me not as sweet as American style Thai ice tea. The main one is mango sticky rice. My daughter can finish it by herself. The sticky rice was warm and absorbed coconut milk. When you walk into a restaurant before the rush hour there is an immense amount of four tops or you know that would be more nice to sit at than just the bar. I don't want to look at a bar. I don't want to have that bar experience. If you're going to charge $20 for an entree and I come in to have dinner and I am dressed I would like to have a table. Especially when I asked for a table and then you to steer me to the bar. I sat there because I didn't want to argue with you of my purpose of having a fine dining experience instead of having bar food and overcharged for bar food. I don't mean to be an jerk. I'm single. I choose to be single and I choose to be seated at a chair at a table in a restaurant, especially when you're charging $13 for an appetizer of egg rolls that were greasy enough to slide off the plate. And you brought my dish that was so watery this wasn't panage. my onions put through a Mandolin. I don't know who taught your chef how to cut tofu. That made no sense. Where was the basil and the dish? It was a flat dish. The brown rice was dry as the napkin at the bar. It was soup. I feel you missed the mark. If a customer asked to be seated at a table you should see them at a table. If the customer asked to be sitting at the bar then send them at the bar. Just because a person's single doesn't mean they want to sit at the bar. If that is your option of catering to single people, there's a reason for me to come back and there's a reason for you to respond to this and if you do then that shows that you are ashamed of my experience and I don't need your apology because I have forgiven you for your lack of courtesy and respect for my wishes. So, maybe this will be a lesson to you. Allow people to have their own dining experience instead of you telling them how to have a dining experience in your restaurant. A table would have been so much eloquent than sitting at the bar and feeling like an outcast where I hate having my back to anybody in a restaurant. I literally had to get up and turn around and see the space because all I always saw was liquor. I don't drink. Do you ever think of that? What if you put an alcoholic at the bar and they're single? Do you ever think of that? No, you probably don't. I'm not an alcoholic but I choose not to drink and I choose not to be around alcohol and you put me in a situation that just basically says. I don't care that you're sitting in my restaurant. Here's some sloppy food and you get to have a shitty experience at my restaurant. Thank you, I appreciate it. I had the seafood combo - delicious!! Tom Williams2025-03-19Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It took us 45 minutes to order our food today, and this place was empty on a Tuesday night. We got more service from someone who wasn't our several and ended up spending over 2hrs at this place to eat dinner. I picked a 1 spice level that goes from 0 to 5 and didn't find any spice in my meal. Our waiter sucked big time!!!
